Almaworks
Almaworks is Columbia University's startup accelerator. We have graduated over 100 startups which have gone on to raise over $65 million dollars. Each cohort consists of 6-8 startups with the program lasting for an intensive 8 weeks. While each week consists of a 3-hour session on Fridays, teams will also participate in workshops, attend office hours with mentors, hear from speakers and alumni, and connect with the extended CORE and Almaworks community outside of these Friday sessions. The culmination of the program is an event called Demo Day, where founders from the cohort will pitch to a panel of VCs and investors, along with general body members from Columbia and beyond.
