Global Tech Treks
At CORE, we strive to educate, inspire, and launch the next wave of entrepreneurs from the Columbia University Community and beyond. In the interconnected world in which we live today, that mission requires a global component; a chance for CORE to educate future entrepreneurs on start-up scenes across the country, inspire them to think globally in their entrepreneurial endeavors and help launch their own ventures around the world. CORE seeks to do so through Global Tech Treks. Our most recent trip was to San Francisco where participants met with employers from companies and startups such as Google, Bain Capital Ventures, Salesforce and Expensify. We’ve also traveled to Singapore, Tel Aviv, Thailand, Paris, France as a part of Tech Treks.
